Pilates for the Planet

After watching David Attenborough's 'A Life On Our Planet', I felt inspired to do more in ways I could to help save our planet. The crisis that planet Earth is facing is masterfully framed and articulated in this documentary and, although terrifying, instills hope and a course of action towards restoration. On Saturday 7th November @ 8.30am join me for a class dedicated to moving for the Earth. All proceeds raised will be donated to WWF  (via Work for Good) to support the amazing work they do.
