About the Event
Winter is a time for nourishment and restoration. The darkness of these months can be challenging, but when we lean into them, they can offer us rest, regeneration, and renewal. It is the perfect time to draw inwards and take stock so that we can rejuvenate body, mind and spirit in preparation for spring and new beginnings. Gill and Anna will guide you through a morning of Yoga, Pilates, bodywork, breathing and relaxation designed to help ease you into 2020. Take time for yourself and recharge your batteries after the festive season; energise and stretch your body; calm your mind; raise your spirit; and learn a little about living according to the season. We hope you can join us for a beautiful morning of movement, reflection, fun and flow.

Mats will be provided, but do feel free to bring your own. Please remember to bring a water bottle, warm layers or a blanket for relaxation, and socks for comfort. Simple refreshments included.
