This challenge is in collaboration with Katie of Katie's Pilates in London - we will be alternating days. These videos are fun combinations of some of our favourite and most effective core focused exercises cleverly choreographed to get the most out of 10 minutes! This challenge is open to all levels (options given) and is postnatal friendly. These videos are yours to keep after the challenge! *This Challenge originally took place in July 2021
