At the beginning of lockdown I uploaded short daily videos efficiently designed to help keep you moving and growing in strength and mobility. This collection is free for you to use and enjoy and I continue to add videos periodically. 


Practising Pilates is a brilliant way to keep the mind calm and the body strong. Establishing a daily practice in these difficult times, can help us to feel grounded and be a powerful act of self care.
