March is for Moving! Join me for this free 4 week challenge - a little each day goes a long way! I have put together a programme which will carefully help you improve your upper body strength and technique (If you have ever wanted to do a push up (or 10) then this is for you!) This programme is suitable for all levels Beginner's through to Advanced and is post- and pre-natal friendly. The Goal: Push Ups! What it involves: Monday-Friday - Carve out 2 mins each day! Each day we will focus on a range of exercises which improve your upper body strength and technique. Saturday - Combine the week's exercises in a fun 10min mini routine Sunday - Stretch it out for 2 mins with a selection of amazing stretches and releases. Complete the daily video and track each day through the Challenges Section of the Website or App. Let's do this!
