This class combines isometric conditioning exercises with elements of pilates, dance, and functional, body-weight training. Amazing for the glutes and legs! You will need a chair or something to hold onto that is roughly waist height. Be prepared to have fun and work hard! Always remember to listen to your body when exercising. Never push through pain. Quality over quantity, technique over repetitions always. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to be in touch!
