Hectic day today only just managed to do today's challenge. Need to schedule my day better from tomorrow. Any suggestions for how to best warm up before hitting the core?

Well done for managing all that!! Ooh yes good question - especially with Katie's Dynamic style! If you haven't moved already in your day I would recommend starting by simply moving your spine. Cat/Cow stretches on hands and knees, Spinal roll downs, Side Stretches and Gentle Spine Twists are all good ways of mobilising the spine and core. As well as the obvious thing of taking the time to breathe - slowing down the breath and breathing deeply to your lower belly and lifting from the base of the pelvis on your exhale. Hope that helps!
